IN RE: APPROVAL OF OFFICIALS' BONDS
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
The County Board of Auditors has reported to your Ways and Means Committee
that it has checked the Fidelity and Faithful Performance Bonds filed by the various
officials whose terms of office commenced on January 1, 1966, and that of Robert
E. Richmond, appointed as Chief Deputy Treasurer on November 18, 1965.
Such report states that the bonded amount of each official conforms with the
amounts established by the Board of Supervisors by the adoption of Miscellaneous
Resolution No. 2469 on February 25, 1949, except as amended as to the County
Chief Deputy Treasurer by Miscellaneous Resolution 4394 on December 15, 1964.
The Board of Auditors lists the following bonds on file:

BOND ON FILE IN THE BOARD OF AUDITORS' OFFICE
John A. MacDonald Member, Social Welfare 5,000 Reliance Insurance Co.
Board
The Board of Auditors further reports that the bonds as listed above have been
approved by a Circuit Court Judge or other designated official as provided by State
statute, subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors at its first meeting in the
year 1966.

this Board approve the Fidelity and Faithful Performance Bonds as listed in the foregoing
report.
