Re: HURON-ROUGE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM

Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
I offer the following resolution which was recommended by the Board of
Public Works:
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Oakland County accepted an offer
from the United States Government for an advance for preparation of planning docu-
ments pertaining to a public work described as a sewerage system for the Huron-
Rouge Sewage Disposal Area, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has caused to be prepared certain
planning documents for the aforesaid public work, which at the present time are con-
sidered to comprise adequate planning of the public work essential to the communities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
OAKLAND COUNTY, that the planning documents submitted by the Department of Public
Works as the basis for preliminary planning for the Huron-Rouge Sewage Disposal
System be approved, and that the statements in Form CFA-430, Request for Review and
Approval of Planning Documents, in connection with Housing and Home Finance Agency
Project No. P-Mich. -3056 be and same are hereby approved; and that certified copies
of this resolution be filed with the Housing and Home Finance Agency.

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
County of Oakland, Michigan and the keeper of the records, including
the journal of Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors (herein called the
governing body'), do hereby certify:
1. That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of the
resolution as finally adopted at a meeting of the governing body on the
day of Sept-ember , 19 62 and
duly recorded in my office;
2. That said meeting was duly convened and held in all respects
in accordance with law and to the extent required by law due and proper
notice of such meeting was given; that a legal quorum was present
throughout the meeting, and a legally sufficient number of members of
the governing body voted in the proper manner and for the adoption of said
resolution; that all other requirements and proceedings under the law in-
cident to the proper adoption or passage of said resolution, including pub-
lication, if required, have been duly fulfilled, carried out, and otherwise
observed; and that I am authorized to execute this Certificate:
