HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - 1962.09.17 - 19912Misc. 4014 September 17, 1962 By Mr. Cummings RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the lake level of Handsome Lake owned by Camp Oakland has been lowered by some unknown cause in each of the past three years, and WHEREAS, investigation should be had to determine how this lake level could be restored and maintained, and WHEREAS, Act 146 of 1961, makes provision for such programs by the County Drain Commissioner, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this matter be referred to the County Drain Commissioner for such assistance as he may be able to give to ascertain and determine the cause for lowering of the lake and for recommendations as to how such lake level may be restored and maintained. MR. CHAIRMAN, I MOVE THE ADOPTION OF THIS RESOLUTION. Moved by Cummings supported by Cheyz the resolution be adopted. A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the motion carried. DANIEL W.
