Springfield Township E. 1 Acre of S. 8 Acres of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4, 1-A, known as 8750 Crosby Lake Road, R. #2, Clarkston, Michigan Pleasant Ridge City Lot 132 Stephenson-Barber R.O. Pleasant Ridge, Michigan Sub - known as 38 Kensington, Pontiac City Lot 139, Auburn Gardens 02 Sub., known as 119 Tasmania North 50' of Lot No. 23 of Blk. 5 of Goodsell's Add. to the City of Pontiac, according to the recorded plat thereof, now known as Lot 48 of Assessor's Plat 6'128, a re-plat of Assessor's Plat No. 69 of Lull Add. and part of J. C. Goodsell's Addition to the City of Pontiac. That part of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Town 3 North, Range 10 East, described as being bounded on the North by Kennett Road on the East and Southeast by the Grand Trunk Rail Road belt line on the Southwest by Oakland Avenue and on the West by West Boulevard excepting a parcel of land located in the Southwest quarter of Section 18, described as beginning at intersection of Northeasterly line of Oakland Avenue with Northwesterly right-of-way line of Grand Trunk Rail Road belt line, thence North 46 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West along Northeasterly line of Oakland Avenue 176.96 feet to a point; thence continuing along same line North 46 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West 60 feet to a point; thence North 43 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds East, 100 feet; thence South 46 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East, 60 feet; thence South 43 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds West, 100 feet to beginning, said exception being Lots 175, 176 and 177 Woodward Gardens Subdivision (now vacated) 24.42 acres. A parcel of land in the Southwest quarter of Section 18 and the Northwest quarter of Section 19, Town 3 North, Range 10 east, City of Pontiac, described as beginning at North quarter corner of Section 19, thence South 86 degrees 35 minutes 18 seconds West along quarter line 484.36 feet; thence North 1 degree 47 minutes 50 seconds West 397 feet; thence Southwesterly on Southeasterly right-of-way line of Grand Trunk Rail Road belt line to Oakland Avenue; thence South 46 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East along Oakland Avenue 192.18 feet to Tallahassee Avenue; thence along North line of Tallahassee Avenue to North and South quarter section line of Section 19; thence North 1 degree 31 minutes 27 seconds West 125 feet to beginning. Being lots 149-168 inclusive also vacated alley adjacent to Lots 161-168 Woodward Gardens (now vacated) 3.8 acres. Part of the Northwest quarter of Section 19, Town 3 North, Range 10 East, City of Pontiac beginning at a point distant South 1 degree 31 minutes 27 seconds East 185.04 feet from North quarter corner, thence South 1 degree 31 minutes 27 seconds East 194.71 feet; thence South 87 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds West 589.37 feet to the Northeasterly line of Oakland Avenue; thence North 46 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West along the Northeasterly line of Oakland Avenue 92 feet to the Southeasterly line of Tallahassee Avenue; thence Northeasterly and Easterly along the Southerly line of Tallahassee Avenue to beginning. Being Lots 132-148 and alley adjacent to Lots 132-138 of Woodward Gardens (now vacated) 25 acres. Your Committee respectfully reports to the Board that these parcels of property have a total approximate value of $267,000. It is recommended that these properties be released for disposition by the County. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the parcels of property above described be released to the Buildings and Grounds Committee for disposition pursuant to the By-Lows and the proceeds of the sale of the above described parcels be deposited in the Indigent Housing Fund. e. winiam C–.—Hudson /-) 4 Robert F.
