viding for an incree in planned total expenditure for Capital Improvement projects:
WHEREAS, under the terms of Public Law 87-658, .approved September 14, 1962, the

financing the construction of Farmington Sewage Disposal System -Tarabusi Industrial Arm
(Brief Project Description)
the Applicant has a capital improvement plan for sewer and water improvements through-
out the County, scheduled for construction as financing becomes available and that the
proposed project is a part of the overall capital improvement plan not specifically bud-
geted or scheduled for construction; and that the total expenditure for capital improve-

That in the event that said Federal grant is approved by the United States of America,
said capital improvements plan or oapital expenditure will be increased by $ 403,000.00

proposed or planned total expenditure for capital improvement projects (exclusive of
Federal. funds).
