RESOLUTION providing for increase in pi nned total expenditure for

WHEREAS, under the terns of Public Law 87-656, approved
September 14, 1962, the United Stat-s of America has authorized the
lag of a grant to aid in financing the construction of a specific public
works project, provided the proposed or planned total expenditure of the
public body for its capital improverent projects is increased by an
amount approxi ,tely equal to the rReeeederal funds required to complete
such public works project:
NOW THNREFORE, IT RESOLVED BY THE OAKLAND COUNTY BO it OF SUPERVISORS;
1, That as of the date of filing of an application by the
COUNTY OF Q..: '0 1 aNichigan Constitutional Corporation, (hereafter
called Applicant) with tne Housing and Ho l Finance Agency, United States
Governi-nt, for a grant t , aid in financing the construction of *Parking
Lots m at the County Service Center, (1200 North Telegraph Road, Pontiac,
Michigan), the Applicant has a capital improvement plan for buildings,
utilities, park; lots and other improvements within the County,
scheduled for construction as financing becomes available, and that the
proposed project is a part of the overall capital improvement plan not
specifically budgeted or scheduled for construction; and that the total
expenditure for capital improvements in said plan, budeeted was
$_1999 O for the fiscal year ending lec ,t_er e 19 62
and $..2.32222 for the fiscal year ending neee.e ,ef_a 14 6
2. That in the event that said Federal grant is approved by

3. That said total increase in the proposed or planned total

This resolution is adopted pursu-,t to the authority provided
by Act 156 of the Public Acts of 1851 as a= nded.
MR. CUAIRMAS, on behalf of the Ways and Means Cooiittee of the
Oakla County Board of Supervisors, I move the adoption of the foregoing
resolution.
