3. The Petitioner be personally responsible to have4,41,4i, ;jam
adult attendant, eighteen years of age or older, on the Ot
premises during hours of operation.
4. That hours of operation, with respect to operation of ,
machines which upon insertion of a coin or slug may be
operated for use as a game, contest, or amusement of any
description (not including musical devices), be regulated
by the Petitioner, within reason, being no earlier than
3:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday, during the school (Pontiac
School District) year, and no later than 11:00 P.M.
5. That any person under age of eighteen (18) years using the
establishment must be accompanied by a parent or a legal
guardian.
6. The Petitioner will be reevaluated yearly for police reports
against the establishment and for compliance with conditions.

Nays: Brady, Connelly

the November 3, 1981 General Municipal Election was read and ordered placed on
file.

City of Pontiac
We, the undersigned, constituting a majority of the Board of Canvassers for the
City of Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan, do hereby certify that on Thursday,
November 5, 1981, we met and canvassed the returns of the election inspectors
for the General Municipal Election held in said City of Pontiac on Tuesday,
November 3, 1981, and we do hereby certify that the votes cast at said election
for candidates for the office of City Commissioner of the City of Pontiac,
Oakland County, Michigan was as follows:

We further certify that the following candidates having received the greatest
number of votes are duly elected as members of the City Commission of the
City of Pontiac for four (4) year terms (in accordance with provisions of the
new Charter) each ending on the first business day following January 1, 1986:
