IN RE: PLANS FOR PROJECT APW-MICH, -18G (SERVICE CENTER UTILITIES),
APPROVAL AND FINANCING
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, final plans and specifications for Project APW-Mich.-18G (Service
Center Utilities) prepared by Hyde & Bobbio, Inc., are herewith submitted for your approval,
which plans must then be submitted to the Housing and Home Finance Agency for their
review and approval before bids are taken, and
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications have been reviewed by the Buildings and
Grounds Committee and your Ways and Means Committee, which Committees recommend
their approval by this Board, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary at this time to provide for the funds to finance the County's
share of this project, namely, $258,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the final plans and specifications prepared by Hyde & Bobbia, Inc., as
herein submitted for your consideration, be and hereby are approved subject to such modifi-
cations as may be deemed necessary by the review of the Housing and Home Finance Agency
and/or other State or City reviewing authorities.
2, That bids for said project be advertised and received pursuant to the By-Laws for
report back to this Board.
3. That the sum of $258,000.00 be and hereby is appropriated for the purpose of
carrying out this project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the federal grant
thereto and that the Board of Auditors be and hereby are authorized to transfer for this purpose
reserves available in the following funds in the amounts set forth:

MR. CHAIRMAN, on behalf of the Ways and Means Committee, 1 move the
adoption of the foregoing resolution.
WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE
Moved by Levinson supported. by John Carey the resolution be adopted.
A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the resolution was adopted.
