Webber Miscellaneous Resolution 4215 September 16, 1963 BY: Mr. Levinson IN RE: PLAT FEE TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS, Act Number 197 of the Public Acts of 1963 provides that in a County where a Registered Professional Engineer and/or a Registered Land Surveyor is employed to assist the Plat Board in its deliberations, the Board of Supervisors may establish by resolution a fee schedule to be paid by the Proprietor based upon the number of lots in the proposed plat; and WHEREAS, the County Plat Board has designated and employed Richard J. Betzing, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, to assist the Plat Board in its deliberations; and WHEREAS, the Ways and Means Committee recommends to this Board that a fee schedule be established pursuant to the provisions of Act 197 of the Public Acts of 1963; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a fee schedule of fifty cents (50) per lot be and is hereby established by this Board to become effective immediately and to be paid by the Proprietor before the proposed plat has been reviewed by the County Plat Board. MR. CHAIRMAN, on behalf of the Ways and Means Committee, I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution. WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE Moved by Levinson supported by John Carey the resolution be adopted. Discussion followed. A. sufficient majority having voted therefor, the resolution was adopted.
