Recommended by Board of Public Works Re: Farmington Township Water Supply System "A" Calhoun Mr. presented the revised estimate of cost of construction of Farmington Township Water Supply System "A" mentioned in the following resolution, a copy of which resolution had been sent to each member of the Board of Supervisors. Calhoun The following resolution was offered by Mr. WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors, by Misc. That the Board of Supervisors hereby approves the amend- ment of the form of contract previously approved and set forth in Misc. Res. 4147, heretofore adopted by the Board of Supervisors deleting from the first sentence of paragraph 4 thereof the final clause which reads as follows: 'and the Township will likewise transfer and deposit, into the Operation and Maintenance Fund created by said Section 17, four months capitalized operation and maintenance expenses." 3. That the Chairman and the Secretary of the Board of the Board of Public Works are hereby authorized and directed to execute said contract, as so amended, for and on behalf of the County of Oakland, in as many original copies as they may deem advisable.
