HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - 1964.01.17 - 20355Miscellaneous Resolution 4264 January 17, 1964 BY: Mr. Levinson IN RE: APPROVAL OF OFFICIALS' BONDS TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: The County Board of Auditors has reported to your Ways and Means Committee that it has checked the Fidelity and Faithful Performance Bonds filed by the various officials whose terms of office are listed below. Such report states that the bonded amount of each official, listed herein, conforms with the amounts established by the Board of Supervisors by the adoption of Miscellaneous Resolution No. 2469 on February 25, 1949. The Auditors Report lists the following bonds on file: BONDS ON FILE IN COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE Name of Official Office Name of Term of Office Amt. of Bond Bonding Company David R. Croteau Member of Social 1/1/64-12/31/66 $ 5,000.00 Reliance Insurance Welfare Board The Board of Auditors further reports that the bonds, as listed above, have been approved by a Circuit Judge as provided by state statute, subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors at its first meeting in the year 1964.
