RE: WEST BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP WATER AND SEWAGE SYSTEMS
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, the Oakland County Board of Supervisors did
on September 9, 1963 pass Miscellaneous Resolution No. 4210
in which the Director of Public Works was authorized to take the
necessary action to return all water and sewage systems wholly
within West Bloomfield Township to said Township, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary that the deeds and
titles to lands used for well sites and sewage work s in West
Bloomfield Township be transferred from the County of Oakland
to West Bloomfield Township,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of
Oakland deed to the Township of West Bloomfield the following
described properties used for water and sewage systems wholly
within West Bloomfield Township and that the Chairman and Clerk
of the Board of Supervisors are hereby authorized to execute the
necessary instruments,
Lot 143, West Bloomfield Hills Subdivision, a part of the SW ÷ of Section 26, and
part of S of NW .+1. of Section 26, T2N, R9E, West Bloomfield Township, Oakland
County, Michigan, as per plat recorded in Liber 85 of Plats, Pages 23, 24, 25 and
26, Oakland County Records.
Lots 11 and 12, Pine Center Subdivision of part of the Northeast -4 of fractional Sec-
tion 13, T2N, R9E, West Bloomfield Township, Oakland County, Michigan, as re-
corded in Liber 70 of Plats, Page 2, Oakland County Records.
Part of Lots 30 and 31 as platted of Pine Center Subdivision of part of the Northeast
of fractional Section 13, T2N, R9E, West Bloomfield Township, Oakland County,
Michigan, described as beginning at the most Northeasterly corner of said Lot 31
thence on a curve to the left (radius = 3871. 6 feet, long chord bearing South 80 0 06'
30" West) a distance of 94. 60 feet measured along said curve; thence South 89 0 24'
30" West, a distance of 113.05 feet; thence South 10°35'30" East, a distance of
90. 0 feet; thence South 55°35'30" East, a distance of 112.94 feet; thence North 54°
17'25" East, a distance of 93. 69 feet to the West R. O.W. line of 120 foot wide
Middlebelt Road; thence North 7°50' East along said R. 0.W. line, a distance of
135,91 feet to the point of beginning.
The northerly part of Lot 23 and the southerly part of Lot 24 of "Knollwood Heights'
Subdivision, located in part of the N of Sec. 36, T2N, R9E, West Bloomfield Town-
ship, Oakland County, Michigan, described as beginning at a point in the westerly
line of said Lot 23, which is located N 0 0 25 2 20" W along said westerly line 46. 69
feet from the SW corner of said Lot 23, thence N 0°25'20" W along westerly line of
said Lots 23 and 24 a distance of 239. 87 ft. , thence S 72 0 29 1 20" E 258.44 ft. to a
point in the westerly line of Knollwood Circle West; thence on a curve to the right
along said westerly line (radius = 35.0 ft. , long chord bears S 4°19'23" W 30.00 ft)
a distance of 31. 00 to point of reverse curve; thence on a curve to the left along said
westerly line (radius = 500.0 ft. , long chord bears S 21°13'22" W 147.42 ft) a dis-
tance of 147.95 ft. , thence N 88°26'20" W 189.00 ft. to the point of beginning.

County, Michigan, more particularly described as beginning at the Northeast corner
of Lot 94 and running thence South 34°14'30" East 17.00 feet; thence South 35 0 48 1 10"
West 204. 68 feet; thence South 51°05' East 164. 50 feet; thence South 38 0 55' West
20. 00 feet; thence North 51°05' West 163.42 feet; thence South 35 0 48 2 10" West
85. 13 feet; thence North 51°05'0" West 37.32 feet; thence South 78 0 34'10" West
30. 00 feet; thence North 27°45'30" West 283. 75 feet; thence South 89°29' East 362.29
feet to the point of beginning.
Existing community water system including pump house as installed in Pine Lake Es-
tates described as Part of the West 1- of Section 14, T2N, R9E, West Bloomfield Town-
ship, Oakland County, Michigan, which plat was recorded November 22, 1960, in
Liber 102, Pages 21 and 22 of Plats, Oakland County Records, and in that property
described as the C. H. Hutchins, also known as the Pointe View Farm, located in
Section 14, T2N, R9E, and more particularly and legally described as follows:
Part of the Northwest of Section 14, T2N, R9E, West Bloomfield Township, Oakland
County, Michigan, described as starting at a point in the centerline of concrete of
West Long Lake Road, at Southwest corner of Lot 36, "Supervisor's Plat -49" as re-
corded in Liber 53 of Plats, Pg. 56, thence South 82°10' West along said centerline
and extension of same 244. 70 feet; thence North 78°55' West along extension of said

centerline and said centerline 255. 68 feet to extension of fence line which is the
Westerly boundary of Callow property; thence due North on said Westerly boundary
of Callow property 616.40 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence
due North on said Westerly boundary 89. 09 feet; thence North 4 0 06' West along said
Westerly boundary 419. 10 feet to an iron in traverse along shore of Pine Lake; thence
continuing North 4°06' West 3 feet more or less to waters edge; thence Southeasterly
along said waters edge 490 feet more or less; thence South 65°57' West 45 feet more
or less to an iron in said traverse along Pine Lake which bears South 27°32' East
476. 38 feet from the first mentioned iron in traverse; thence continuing South 65 0 57'
West 207. 63 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.39 acres, more or less,
together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across a strip of land 20
feet in width (East and West) and extending Northerly from West Long Lake Road to
the above described property, the Westerly boundary of the property subjected to
said easement is the line referred to in the above description as the Westerly boun-
dary of the Callow property.

thence continuing Northeasterly on an angle of 4°06', radius = 7080.35 feet and long
