Members Present: Don Barlow, Paul Funk, Sigrid Grace, Rick Hipple Members Absent: None Others Present: Jane Leslie, City Clerk; Susan Galeczka, Deputy Clerk A quorum was present. The following motion was entered: Motion by Don Barlow, supported by Paul Funk to approve the report as presented. Water / Sewer Billing Information 248.656.4688 Ayes: Barlow, Funk, Grace, Hipple Nays: None Absent: None Motion Carried. Mr. Hipple inquired about problems at VanHoosen Middle School. Clerk Leslie reported that the Clerk's Office had received some complaints as to the construction traffic and the difficulty in parking. Ms. Leslie advised that letters had been sent to all voters in the two precincts that vote at VanHoosen as to the conditions they might experience. Construction was an issue at Precinct 11, Reuther Middle School as well. Voters all received notice and were offered the option of voting absentee for this election. The board discussed the AutoMARK accessible equipment. It was noted that several voters were reported to have used it in their precincts. Questions were asked about the election equipment including the M-100s as to problems. A few problems were reported and were resolved at the time. Ms. Grace inquired as to votes counted if a voter cross-voted. None of the partisan section would be counted but the non-partisan and proposal sections would count. Mr. Hipple inquired as to precinct delegate write-ins. One candidate filed a Declaration of Intent at Precinct 20; Timothy Moore received 5 votes. The attached print outs represent the Official Canvass of the Rochester Hills Canvassing Board.
