Mr. James Ginn, City Attorney, on behalf of the City of Southfield and requested that adoption of the report be postponed until the next meeting of the Board. There were no other objections to the report and the Chairman declared the Public Hearing closed. Moved by Oldenburg supported by Bachort the report be adopted. The Chairman announced that the report was open for discussion by members of the Board. Mr. Clarkson requested that the report be tabled until. the next meeting because of appeals Pending before the State Tax Commission on which valuations have not been determined, and stated that Southfield City would not object to the report at that time even if the State Tax Oomission has not completed its work. Moved by Clarkson supported by Durbin the report be tabled until the next meeting on October 27, 1964. A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the motion carried.
