IN RE: BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS — APPOINTMENT TO THE HURON CLINTON
METROPARKS AUTHORITY BOARD
To the Oakland County Board of Commissioners
Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS a vacancy exists on the Huron Clinton Metroparks Authority Board for the six-year
term that expires May 15, 2018; and
WHEREAS it is being recommended that Jaye Quadrozzi be appointed to the Huron Clinton
Metroparks Authority Board for the six-year term that expires May 15, 2018.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board of Commissioners,
hereby appoints Jaye Quadrozzi Huron Clinton Metroparks Authority Board for the six-year term
that expires May 15, 2018.

I was born and raised in the Metro area and have always had an interest in the Metropark system. Before college,,I was employed by a Mctropark and as
an avid runner, 1 am very familiar with the Metroparks. Now, in my capacity as an attorney, I would like to support the Huron Clinton Metropolitan
Authority by bringing my experience to benefit the Authority and allowing roe to serve Oakland County as a member of the Authority.

Jaye Quadrozzi has over fifteen years of experience as a commercial litigator representing
companies in complex commercial matters in federal and state courts throughout the country.
