In that there is t-ufficient support for classification changos and salary range adjustments; and WHEREAS this results in the creation, deletion, reclassification, removal of classifications from the County's Salary Administration Plan, and salary range adjustre::‘nts to meet organizational needs; and WE H AS the classification changes are being 1--(1...11.:::sted to realign with industry standards and aporopria -I, i-edec,: the way in which these positions will be and it has been determined that there is sufficient funding for the classification chiriges and salary rarve : eljustinents.
