Should this amendment be adopted? PASSED in the City of Royal Oak, having received the required majority of votes, id est: YES 18,246 NO 15,089 WE DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing is a correct statement of votes as submitted at the General Election held on November 2, 2004 as it appears from the statement on file in the City Clerk's Office of the City of Royal Oak.
