MC CLORY 11 041* FOUR YEAR TERM Vote for not more than three it - 29 YES LOYAL OAK, OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN Odd CITY OF ROYAL OAK ODD YEAR GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 5, 1985 TO VOTE, FIRMLY PUNCH OUT THE SMALL "BLACK DOT" ON THE CARD ABOVE THE NUMBER WHICH CORRESPONDS TO THE NUMBERS AT THE RIGHT OF THE CAN- DIDATE'S NAME OR "YES" OR "NO" OR EACH QUESTION, City of Royal Oak - 4, 10, 16, 22, 28, AVC8 PROPOSAL 1 STREET AND HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT BONDING PROPOSITION Shall Ordinance No. 85-7 finally adopted by the Commission of the City of Royal Oak on September 9, 1985, entitled "AN ORDIN- ANCE DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO IMPROVE STREETS IN THE CITY OF ROYAL OAK, ESTIMATING COSTS THEREOF, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSU- ANCE OF BONDS TO PAY SUCH COSTS, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SUCH BONDS" be approved, and shall the Commission be authorized to issue the amount of general obligation unlimited tax bonds of the City therein authorized (namely, $24,600,000), to bear interest at a rate not to exceed eighteen percent (18%) per annum, and to mature serially on October 1 from 1986 to 2000, inclusive, as therein provided, for the purpose of paying the City's share of the cost of resurfacing, reconstructing, and repairing streets throughout the City together with all attachments and appurtenances thereto?
