Bouchard 1200 North Telegraph Bldg. #38 East Pontiac, MI 48341 Dear Sheriff Bouchard, The Brandon School District has asked our township to contract with the OCSO for a school liaison officer for the 2014-2015 school year. On June 2, 2014 the Charter Township of Brandon Board of Trustees unanimously agreed to enter into an agreement with the Brandon School District to provide this very important position to them. As a result, a sub-contract between the Brandon School District and. Brandon Township was recently executed. In accordance with the events that transpired above, I would like to request an amendment to our existing contract with the Oakland County Sheriffs Department with the addition of a Patrol Investigator (no-fill) officer beginning August 20, 2014 through June 19, 2015. This adjustment would increase the amount of officers that we are currently contracting for to 11.5 noting that as of June 27, 2014 the number of officers for Brandon Township will resume to 10.5. Please don't hesitate to call if there are any questions regarding this request.
