IN RE: MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET - BUDGET AMENDMENT TO REFLECT
RECEIPT OF FUNDS DUE TO THE SALE OF BONDS FOR THE
COURTHOUSE WEST WING EXTENSION
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Mr. Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS Miscellaneous Resolution #92099 amended budgets
assuming that bonds would be sold in 1993 for the construction of
the Courthouse West Wing Extension; and
WHEREAS bonds were sold in 1992 and therefore advanced funding
of $1,000,000 transferred from the General Fund in 1991 and 1992
will be returned from the project to the General Fund in 1992; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 1992/1993 Biennial
Budget be amended to reflect the receipt of funds in the General
Fund in 1992 and the corresponding budget amendments be amended per
the attached schedule:
Mr. Chairperson, on behalf of the Finance Committee, I move
the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
