IN RE: MR 93019-Drain Commissioner-Lake Level for Long Lake,
Waiver of Preliminary Fees
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Planning and Building Committee, having reviewed the above
referenced resolution on March 23, 1993, reports with the
recommendation that the resolution be adopted with the addition of
the following:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said waiver of fees is
contingent upon receipt of petitions containing
signatures of 2/3 freeholders

The Chairperson referred the resolution to the Finance Committee.
There were no objections.
