The following preamble and resolution was offered by /V6-WC2.4-- Atc-a4.,(3 and supported by 44 BODA,WW---1 4.-i-q6m WHEREAS, at the Special Election held in conjunction with the General Election duly called and held in the City of Southfield, County of Oakland, Michigan, on Tuesday November 6, 1979 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, the propositions hereinafter set forth were submitted; and WHEREAS, returns from the Voting -precincts at said election have been filed with the City Clerk and have been , presented and examined by the Board of Canvassers.;. now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Can". . vassers hereby determines that the votes cast at said Election ;. held on November 6, 1979 on the City Of.
