IN RE: SHERIFF'S OFFICE - ESTABLISHMENT OF STANDARD LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES
CONTRACT RATES AND CONTRACT APPROVAL -JANUARY 1,2016 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2016
To the Oakland County Board of Commissioners
Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS it is the policy of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners to permit the Sheriffs Office to
enter into contracts with townships, villages and cities for the purpose of providing Sheriff patrol services; and
WHEREAS the County Executive and the Sheriff are recommending that the 2015 contract rates be extended
for one year for the period commencing January 1,2016, through December 31, 2016; and
WHEREAS these rates have been through the County Executive review process.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following rates be established per officer for Law Enforcement
Services for the period January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016:
