WHE*_, , a quonset-hut has .--n used to store lawn equi. -nt
clothing and repair tools at the Sheriff's Trusty . 4 since the early
seventies; and
WHEREAS, this building has no heat and proper ventilation and has
deteriorated nd repairs to the point where it is no longer safe or
suitable for storing clothing; and
WHEREAS, a heated pre-fabricated steel building can be constructed
on the same site after the removal of the quonset-hut; and

WHEREAS, funding for this project is available in the Trusty
Building line it of the 1993 Capital Improvements Pr.. am.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County d of
Ccumissioners authorizes the Department of Public Works to advertise said
project for bids----for material only and/or for material and construction--
receive bids, and to report to the Planning and Building Committee upon
receipt and tabulation of such bids.
