P COMIMI RSCIV CHAIRP WHEREAS, the Trusty $100,000; Storage Facility is estimated to cost dIlu COMM ITTEE MISCELLABECUS RESOLUTION #93147 August 5, 1993 WHE*_, , a quonset-hut has .--n used to store lawn equi. -nt clothing and repair tools at the Sheriff's Trusty . 4 since the early seventies; and WHEREAS, this building has no heat and proper ventilation and has deteriorated nd repairs to the point where it is no longer safe or suitable for storing clothing; and WHEREAS, a heated pre-fabricated steel building can be constructed on the same site after the removal of the quonset-hut; and .11k WHEREAS, funding for this project is available in the Trusty Building line it of the 1993 Capital Improvements Pr.. am. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County d of Ccumissioners authorizes the Department of Public Works to advertise said project for bids----for material only and/or for material and construction-- receive bids, and to report to the Planning and Building Committee upon receipt and tabulation of such bids. Mr. Chairperson, on behalf of the Planning I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution. A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the amendment carried.
