The whole number of votes given for and against the STREET IMPROVEMENTS BOND PROPOSAL
Shall the City of Sylvan Lake, County of Oakland. Michigan borrow the principal sum of not to exceed Four Million Nine Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($4,950,000), payable in not to exceed Twenty (20) years from the date of issue, and issue its general
obligation unlimited tax bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring, constructing and installing street, drainage, culvert,
ditching and other related improvements in the City? The estimated millage to be levied in 2001 is 4.81 mills ($4,81 per $1,000 of
taxable value) and the estimated simple average annual millage rate required to retire the bonds is 4.13 mills ($4.13 per $1,000 of
taxable value).

obligation unlimited tax bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of sewer main restoration, manhole restoration, water main
repair/replacement and other related improvements in the City? The estimated millage to be levied in 2001 is 1.97 mills ($1.97
per $1,000 of taxable value) and the estimated simple average annual millage rate required to retire the bonds is 1.89 mills ($1.89
