Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Planning and Building Committee, having reviewed the
above-referenced resolution on February 11, 1993, reports with the
recommendation that the resolution be adopted with the following
amendment:
add and out-of-country following "out-of-state" in the 3rd and
4th paragraphs.
