WHEREAS Public Act (PA) 339 of 1919, commonly known as the Dog L

WHEREAS the Dog Law of 1919 also allows the Board of Commissione

WHEREAS PA 339 states the fees for spayed or neutered dogs shall be lower

and that fees may be higher for delinquent dog license applications; and
WHEREAS Miscellaneous Resolution #93225 dated October 7, 1993 establis
