Shall the City of Pleasant Ridge, Oakland County, Michigan, borrow the sum of
not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,550,000.00)
and issue its unlimited tax general obligation bonds therefore, for the purpose
of acquiring, construction and equipping facilities for use as the Pleasant
Ridge Community Center Pool Complex, including a swimming pool and fitness
center and related facilities and utilities and the site improvements therefore?
The maximum number of years the bonds may be outstanding shall not exceed 26
years. The estimated millage that will be levied for the bonds in the first
year that the levy is authorized is 1.11 mills and the estimated simple average
annual millage that will be required to retire the bonds is 1.31 mills.
This Pleasant Ridge Community Center Pool Complex Bond Proposal shall become
effective only if the Operating Millage Proposal for Pleasant Ridge Community
Center Pool Complex (Prorsal'.11-)--T—.sapproved by a majority of tie qua e.
electors of the City of Pleasant Ridge voting thereon.

Shall the limitation on taxes be increased and taxes be assessed against
taxable property in the City of Pleasant Ridge, County of Oakland, Michigan
("City"), in an amount not to exceed $1T40 per thousan. do ars oti
(1.40 mills) of Taxable Valuation on all taxable property in the City,
for a period of 26 years, for years 2003 through z028, inclusive, in order
to provide funds to the City for the operation and maintenance of a new
Pleasant Ridge Community Center Pool Complex consisting of a swimming pool,
fitness center and related facilities and utilities? If approved and
levied in its entirety, this millage would raise an estimated 1 0, .9 in II
This Operating Millage Proposal for Pleasant Ridge Community Center Pool
Complex shall become effective only if the Pleasant Ridge Community Center
Pool Complex Bond Proposal (Proposal A) is approved by a majority of the
qualified electors of the City of Pleasant Ridge voting thereon.
