IN RE: PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT - 1994 WAGE RE-OPENER AGREEMENT FOR
EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE POLICE OFFICERS LABOR
COUNCIL (CIRCUIT COURT SERVICE OFFICERS - SPECIAL
INVESTIGATORS)
To the Oakland County Board of Commissioners
Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, the County of Oakland and the Police Officers Labor
Council, have been negotiating a 1994 wage rate covering seven (7)
Circuit Court Service Officers of the Oakland County Friend of the
Court pursuant to the 1992 - 1994 collective bargaining agreement;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached with these employees
for the period December 25, 1993 through December 31, 1994, and
said agreement has been reduced to writing; and
WHEREAS, the agreement has been reviewed by your Personnel
Committee which recommends approval of the agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement between the
County of Oakland, the Oakland County Sixth Judicial Court and the
Police Officer's Labor Council, is hereby approved; and that the
Chairperson of this Board, on behalf of the County of Oakland, is
authorized to execute said agreement, copy of which is attached
hereto.
Chairperson, on behalf of the Personnel Committee, I move the
adoption of the foregoing resolution.

SUBJECT: Circuit Court Service Officers' Collective Bargaining
Agreement
Enclosed for your files, please find a copy of the Collective
Bargaining Agreement between the Oakland County Circuit Court and the
Police Officers Labor Council representing Court Service Officers.
This Collective Bargaining Agreement was passed at the Mardi 24, 1994
Board meeting.

MEMOItANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into this aq-0.-- day of IjOccoAn, , 1994,
between the Oakland County Circuit Court and the Police Officers Labor Council
(Court Service Officers) pursuant to Appendix A, Section III, of the 1992-1994
Collective Bargaining Agreement which provides for a reopening of negotiations
to determine a 1994 wage rate for employees represented by this bargaining
unit.
The parties agree that the wages for Calendar year 1994 shall be as
follows:
1993 Si-weekly rates for employees represented by this bargaining unit
shall be maintained for the duration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Should a 1994 general wage increase for non-represented employees be
approved by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners during the calendar
year, employees represented by this bargaining unit shall be entitled to the
same increase, implemented the same time and in the same manner.

EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE POLICE OFFICERS LABOR COUNCIL (CIRCUIT
COURT SERVICE OFFICERS -SPECIAL INVESTIGATORS)
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
Pursuant to Rule XI-G of this Board, the Finance Committee has
reviewed Miscellaneous Resolution #94051 and finds:
1. The agreement stipulates a "Me Too" clause with general
non-represented employees for 1994.
2. The 1993 bi-weekly rates were maintained in 1994 for
general non-represented employees.
3. The 1994-1995 Adopted Budget reflects this level of
funding for the bargaining unit.
