IN RE: DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - SECOND QUARTER
AMENDMENTS FOR APPROVED OFFICE AUTOMATION PROJECTS
To the Oakland County Board of Commissioners
Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS Miscellaneous R e solution #94009 (Department of
Computer Services - Approval, of Inventory Pool for Automation
Equipment)indicates that, on a quarterly basis, budget amendments
will be presented in resolution form summarizing the impact on
Information Technology and user departments' budgets for office
automation projects previously approved by the Finance Committee;
and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board of
Commissioners approves amendments to the 1994/1995 Biennial Budget
as detailed in the attached Information Technology Office
Automation Schedule for projects approved by the Finance Committee
in the second quarter of 1995.
CHAIRPERSON, on behalf of the Finance and Personnel Committee,
I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
