STATEMENT OF VOTES,
141, The whole number of votes given for and against the: BOND PROPOSITION
Shall the Bloomfield Hills School District, Oakland County, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed One Hundred
Twenty-One Million Dollars ($121,000,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefor for purposes of
erecting, equipping and furnishing two new high schools and related athletic fields and facilities, each to be located at
the site of the existing Andover High School and at the site of the existing Lahser High School, respectively; preparing,
developing and improving the sites therefor; acquiring, installing and equipping such new high schools for, technology
improvements; and demolishing the existing Andover High School and Lahser High School?
The maximum number of years the bonds may be outstanding, exclusive of refunding, is 25 years; the
estimated millage that will be levied to pay the proposed bonds in the first year that the levy is authorized is 1.29 mills
(which is equal to $1.29 per $1,000 of taxable value of real and tangible personal property in the School District); and
the estimated simple average annual millage that will be required to retire the bonds is 1.41 mills (which is equal to
$1.41 per $1,000 of taxable value of real and tangible personal property in the School District).
(Pursuant to State law, expenditure of bond proceeds must be audited and the proceeds cannot be used for repair or
maintenance costs, teacher, administrator or employee salaries or other operating expenses.)
