STATEMENT OF VOTES The statements of votes polled in the four (4) voting precincts of the above named School District, at the recall election held on Monday, June 9, 1975, and !I riled with the County Clerk, and this Board, having duly examined and considered said statements, the whole number of votes given for and against the proposition reading as follows: Shall Richard W. We further certify that each Board of Election Inspectors at said recall election on Monday, June 9, 1975, in its Return to this Board, certified that: 1. All members of the Board of Election Inspectors were qualified electors of the district and each of them took the Constitutional Oath of Office before entering on the duties as a member of such Board 2. The polls of election were declared open at 7:00 o'clock, a.m., on said 9th day of June, 1975, and were kept open continuously until 8:00 o'clock, p.m., of said day. 3. All school electors who were registered with the city or township clerk of the city or township in which they reside were permitted to vote at the recall election held on Monday, June 9, 1975. Three copies of the Return of Elkton Inspectors for each precinct. The results should be written out in words on the lines and in numbers in the parentheses. The Returns should be distributed as follows (a) Each board of election inspectors will place one Return of Election Inspectors and one poll book in an envelope addressed to the County Clerk. (b) Each board of election inspectors will place one Return of Election Inspectors and one Tally Sheet in an envelope addressed to your County Board of Canvassers. (c) Each board of election inspectors shall return the remaining copy of the Return of Election Inspectors to the school board. This copy is then to be returned to our office. After the returns are counted by the Board of Election Inspectors the night of the election, the envelopes addressed to the County Clerk and the County Board of Canvassers must be delivered to the secretary of the board of education. The secretary of your board must deliver both envelopes to the County Clerk. The County Board of Canvassers is to meet within five (5) days following the election to canvass the votes. The original is for the files of the County Clerk, one certified copy should be returned by the County Clerk to you and the remaining copy should be returned to us in Lansing. The results of your election are to be canvassed by the County Board of Canvassers of the county which has the greatest number of registered electors of your school district as of the close of registration.
