HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - 2002.03.13 - 26853MISCELLANEOUS RESOLUTION 102037 March 14, 2002 BY: FINANCE COMMITTEE - SUE ANN DOUGLAS, CHAIRPERSON IN RE: TREASURER'S OFFICE - AUTHORIZATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FUND DELINQUENT 2001 TAXES TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS the Adminihtrative Fund is necessary for the County Treasurer to administer the Delinquent Tax Revolving Fund. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Treasurer, pursuant to Section 87c, Sub-Section (2), of Act 206, is designated as Agent for the County, and the Treasurer's office shall receive such sums as are provided in Section 87c, Sub-section (3), to cover administrative expenses. Chairperson, on behalf of the Finance Committee, I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution._ FINANCE COMMITTEE ct FINANCE COMMITTEE Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote with Palmer absent.
