Dear Mr. Soave:
I am in receipt of a West Nile Virus fund reimbursement request from Waterford
Township dated June 27, 2005. After having reviewed their documentation, I find
them in partial compliance with Oakland County Board of Commissioners
Miscellaneous Resolution 05061 (they are currently missing expense invoices)
and in compliance with at least one of the four major categories for
reimbursement. This letter will, therefore, certify that all expenses submitted for
reimbursement are for qualifying mosquito control projects. Should you have any
questions, please direct them to me at 248-858-1410.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with Miscellaneous Resolution # 05091, enacted by the Oakland County
Board of Commissioners, please find the resolution authorizing the reimbursement
request adopted by Waterford Township's Board of Trustees.
In 2003 and 2004, Waterford Township worked with a pest management professional,
who larvicided areas which may be susceptible to the breeding of the Culex mosquito.
We will be working with them again in 2005. We will also be using UPS equipment to
capture information on detention and retention basins throughout the Township. It is the
identification of these basins that will allow us to identify existing or potential breeding
sites. Also, a focused adult mosquito insecticide spraying program within designated
Township green areas will also be organized and implemented, if the need presents itself
Sincerely,
Stacy St. James
