The three areas are working as partners for Fiscal Year 2005 to combat West Nile Virus. After having reviewed their documentation, I find them in partial compliance with Oakland County Board of Commissioners Miscellaneous Resolution 05061 (they are currently missing expense invoices) and in compliance with at least one of the four major categories for reimbursement. This letter will, therefore, certify that all expenses submitted for reimbursement are for qualifying mosquito control projects.
