CHAIRPERSON, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: WHEREAS, the Administrative Fund is necessary for the County Treasurer to administer the Delinquent Tax Revolving Fund. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Treasurer, pursuant to Section 87c, Sub-Section (2), of Act 206, is designated as Agent for the County, and the Treasurer's office shall receive such sums as are provided in Section 87c, Sub- section (3), to cover administrative expenses. Mr. Chairperson, on behalf of the Finance Committee, I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
