The estimated millage that will be levied for the proposed bonds in the first year that the lev y is authorized is zero (0.00) mills, and the estimated simple average annual millage that will be required to retire the debt over a period of not to exceed twenty (20) years, is approximately one and sixty-one hundredths (1.61) mills. It is not expected that the School District will be required to lev y more than the seven (7) mills for debt retirement purposes that it currentl y levies, but the amount of the tax lev y for debt retirement purposes may decrease more slowl y and/or be levied for a longer period of time as a result of the issuance of these bonds.
