I. MILLAGE PROPOSITION - I Put figures
The whole number of votes given for and against the NON—HOMESTEAD PROPERTY TAX in this column
I
This millage will allow the school district to levy not more than the statutory
rate of 18 mills against non-homestead property required to receive its revenue
per pupil foundation guarantee.
Shall the limitation on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all ,
property, excepting therefrom homestead property as defined by law, in Huron
Valley School District, Oakland and Livingston Counties, Michigan be increased
by 18 mills ($18.00 on each $1,000.00) on state equalized valuation for a period
of 10 years, 1994 through 2003, inclusive; the estimate of the revenue increase
the school district will collect if the millage is approved and levied by the L
school district in the 1994 calendar year is approximately $4,724,000.00 from
local property taxes authorized herein?
