On August 31, 2016 the Board of Commissioners for Oakland County entered into an agreement per MR #16230 – Board
of Commissioners – Pilot Local Road Improvement Program Fiscal Year 2016 Appropriation – City of Berkley – Road Resurfacing and Pavement Marking on Coolidge Highway – Project No. 2016-17.
As required by Urban Cooperation Act 9 of 1985 - MCL 123.872, a copy of the signed agreement with the County of
Oakland and the City of Berkley and the authorizing Board of Commissioners Resolution are enclosed for filing by your office.
Send confirmation of receipt of this agreement to:
