As required by Urban Cooperation Act 7 of 1967 - MCL 124.510(4), a copy of the signed agreement with the County of Oakland and Briley Township, and the authorizing Board of Commissioners Resolution are enclosed for filing by your office. Motion carried 4 – 0 Motion to change the name of Davis Field to Davis Park by Trustee Klein, seconded by Treasurer Freeman. Tabled to look at the original deed from the Davis Family if it allows a name change. Motion carried 3 – 1 [Comber] Motion to accept Treasurer Freeman’s Tax Bill mailing proposal by Treasurer Freeman, seconded by Clerk Comber. Motion carried 4 – 0 Motion to direct Don Edwards to send Barger Creek a Site Plan form for each of their towers with a letter saying they should return each of them with a Fifty Dollar [$50.00] check for each one by Clerk Comber, seconded by Treasurer Freeman. Motion carried 3 -1 [Kaiser] Motion to refund Chrystal LaPorte’s payment to rent the Pavilion by Treasurer Freeman, seconded by Trustee Kaiser with an apology letter. Motion carried 4 – 0. Motion to put an ad in classified section of the Montmorency County Tribune asking for bids on carpeting office and a section of garage used for voting.
