VOTE ON APPROVAL OF BALLOTS: AYES: BROWN, MEISNER, RYAN. (3)
NAYS: NONE. (0)
The ballots were APPROVED.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Clerk Brown stated the ballots must be printed as presented and unfortunately that
includes typos within the ballot language provided by the submitter. There is nothing in State statute that
allows for the correction of ballot language by the Board of County Election Commissioners.
Moved by MEISNER seconded by RYAN that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
Judge Ryan adjourned the meeting at 1:44 p.m.
