The Oakland County Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association (VEBA) Board was held
June 14, 2018 at 2:59 p.m. in the East Oakland Conference Room, Executive Office Building.
Members Present: James VanLeuven Jr. Lauri Siskind
Joseph Rozell Thomas Middleton
Jeffrey Phelps Curtis Childs
Christopher Ward (designee of Chairperson, BOC)
Laurie Van Pelt (designee of County Executive)
Members Absent: Andy Meisner (with notice)
Others Present: Keith Lerminiaux, Corporation Counsel
Natalie Neph, Treasurer
Jordie Kramer, Human Resources
Jennifer Hain, Human Resources
Silvia Frank, Human Resources
Lisa Villella, Human Resources
Carly Webster, Human Resources
1. Moved by Rozell, seconded by Phelps, to approve the minutes of May 24, 2018. Motion
carried.
2. Meeting was opened for public comment; no one spoke.
3. Other Business:
a. Chairperson VanLeuven noted the next meeting of this Board is:
i. Thursday, July 26, 2018
b. Moved by Rozell, seconded by Middleton to authorize the Chair of the VEBA
Board to sign the License Agreement for Use of County Servicemark between
the VEBA Board and Oakland County.
4. Chairperson VanLeuven adjourned the meeting without objection at 3:02 p.m.
