The Oakland County Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association (VEBA) Board was held
August 23, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the West Oakland Conference Room, Executive Office Building.
Members Present: James VanLeuven Jr. Lauri Siskind

Jeff Phelps
Laurie Van Pelt (designee of County Executive)
Christopher Ward (designee of Chairperson, BOC)
Others Present: Keith Lerminiaux, Corporation Counsel
Jennifer Hain, Human Resources
Silvia Frank, Human Resources
Carly Webster, Human Resources
1. Moved by Rozell, seconded by Siskind, to approve the minutes of July 26, 2018. Motion
carried.
2. Meeting was opened for public comment; no one spoke.
3. Other Business:
a. Chairperson VanLeuven noted the next meeting of this Board is:
i. Thursday, September 20, 2018
4. Chairperson VanLeuven adjourned the meeting without objection at 3:01 p.m.
