This millage will allow the Oak Park School District to renew the mills previously

levied for general operating purposes on non-homesteadproperty(business, commercial,

rental and seasonal homes) and which expire with the 1998 tax levy,land will allow

the School District to levy not more than the statutory millage rat against non-
homestead property required for the School District to receive revenues from the
State of Michigan at the full foundation allowance.
In renewal of millage previously authorized by the electors of the School District

and which expires with the 1998 tax levy, shall the constitutional limitation on
the amount of taxes which may be levied against all non-homestead property in the i 1
Dak Park School District, Oakland County, Michigan, be increased bylseventeen and
six one-hundredths'(17.06) mills on each dollar ($17.06 on each $1,000) of the
'taxable value, as finally equalized, of all property in the School District other
than homestead property, for a period of ten (10) years, from 1999 through 2008,
