To the Oakland County Board of Commissioners
Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Health, Safety and Human Services Committee, upon review of the vacancy on the Oakland
Community Health Network (OCHN), due to the resignation of Patrick Kemp, hereby recommends the
following appointment to the OCHN for the remainder of a three-year term beginning April 1, 2020 — March
31, 2023, as detailed below:

As a Service Coordinator in Detroit, I often advocate for and connect clients to proper mental health
services. I am an LLBSW and am starting the MSW program in June 2019. As a social work professional
and Oakland County resident, 1 am passionate about improving our mental health services to support
the highest possible quality of life for our citizens.
