Sgt. Roddy,
Recently my company, I<9 Group USA provided $7000 toward the purchase of a
17 month old Dutch Shepard for Deputy Pesko. The total price of the dog was
$10,000 and he was purchased on Dec 7, 2020 by I<9 Group USA, The funds used
by my company to make this purchase totaled $7000, which consisted of private
donations from donors who wish to remain anonymous. This transaction was
made in cooperation with The Crosshairs Foundation, who funded the remaining
balance required. I<9 Group USA makes no claim to the rights or ownership of this
dog, asks for nothing in return, and transfers full ownership of the dog, without
further obligation, to Deputy Pesko, and/or the Oakland County Sheriffs Office.

To Whom It May Concern,
The Crosshairs Foundation received a $3,000 donation requesting it go to the purchase of a new canine
for a police department. During this same time, The Crosshairs Foundation were made aware of the
purchase attempts to provide Deputy Craig Pesko a new canine to replace one that was about to retire
soon. The Crosshairs Foundation donated the $3,000 to the purchase of the new canine that was being
chosen and donated to Deputy Pesko. With the donation The Crosshairs Foundation was trying to be
anonymous and therefore has no desire or intentions of claiming any sort of ownership over the canine
that was donated to Deputy Pesko.
It is also the understanding that the canine provide to Deputy Pesko was his selection therefore The
Crosshairs Foundation is not responsible vet bills, training or any other expenses reference the canine.
The only involvement The Crosshairs Foundation had with this canine was to provide money towards
the purchase. There is nothing else expected between Deputy Pesko, the Oakland County Sheriff's
Office and The Crosshairs Foundation. The Crosshairs Foundation is also not responsible for the
condition or health of the canine chosen by Deputy Pesko.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at 248-379-8327 at your
convenience.
Sincerely,
Joseph Miller
