Shall the limitation on the total amount of taxes which may be assessed against all
property, as equalized, in the Oxford Area Community Schools, Counties of Oakland
and Lapeer, Michigan, be increased by 27.0031 mills ($27.0031 on each $1,000.00 of
state equalized valuation) for a period of five (5) years, the years 1992 through
1996, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for school operating purposes,
