On October 21, 2020 the Board of Commissioners for Oakland County entered into an agreement per MR #20510 – Board
of Commissioners – Approval of Interlocal Agreement with the Charter Township of West Bloomfield for Distribution of
CARES Act Funding.
As required by Urban Cooperation Act 7 of 1967 - MCL 124.510(4), a copy of the signed agreement with the County of
Oakland and the Charter Township of West Bloomfield, and the authorizing Board of Commissioners Resolution are
enclosed for filing by your office.

HEARD PRESENTATION and APPROVED Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Bonds and other matters
relating thereto.
APPROVED to backfill a Permits Coordinator position in the Building Department due to a vacancy, at the
current compensation, Level 5.0, with no job description changes; and approve the backfilling, if it occurs, for
any subsequent opening that would occur, with no changes to the job description or compensation level of the
position
APPROVED Resolution to Approve Interlocal Agreement with Oakland County for CARES Act Distribution; and
to approve Agreement for CARES Act Distribution between Oakland County and West Bloomfield Township
APPROVED the Award of Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Facility No. 1 and Facility No. 3 Replacement Project to
lowest responsible bidder, Weiss Construction, in the amount of $3,963,650
APPROVED Amendment to Conditional Rezoning – ZR17-02 Planterra – Request to amend previously approved
conditional rezoning to rezone Parcel 18-33-351-007, from R-15 One-Family Residential District to B-3 General
Business District with conditions to permit a building addition, outdoor ceremony garden, and other site
improvements, to continue operations as a garden-themed event venue and retail greenhouse; and direct the
Township attorney to prepare a first amendment to the approved Agreement as to the Conditions of Rezoning for
ZR17-02, with rezoning to revert back to R15 One-Family Residential District, if there is non-compliance with the
with the conditions of the Agreement tied to the use of the property and/or the business is sold
APPROVED agreement between the Township of West Bloomfield and Oakland County for the Oakland
County Elections Division to provide Absent Voter Counting Board Services in accordance with the recently
passed House Bill 5141, amending MCL Section 168.764d to authorize such agreements, approval
conditioned upon the Township Clerk and the Oakland County Elections Division both agreeing to contract for
the services and the agreement complies with the provision of MCL Section 168.764d
