Shall the limitation on the total amount of general ad valorem taxes which may LI
be imposed for all purposes in any one year upon real and tangible personal propert
in the Rochester Community Schools, Counties of Oakland and Macomb, State of LL 1
Michigan, be increased as provided in Section 6 of Article IX of the Constitution
of the State of Michigan, for a period of ten (10) years, from September 24, 1984
to September 23, 1994, both inclusive, by four and one-half (4.5) mills on each
dollar ($4.50 per $1,000.00) of state equalized valuation, one (1) mill of the
total four and one-half (4.5) mills to be used for capital expenditures and the

remaining three and one-half (3.5) mills to be used for general operating purposes? was
