SHERIFF’S OFFICE – CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AT THE MICHIGAN
RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL – 2010 SEASON
The Sheriff’s Office provides law enforcement services at hourly ov ertime rates for special events. The
Michigan Renaissance Festival has requested the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office supply deputies for Law
Enforcement Services for the upcoming 2010 season. The contract has been reviewed by Corporation
Counsel.
Taub moved approval of the attached suggested resolution. Support ed by Middleton.
Motion carried unan imously on a roll call vote.
CIRCUIT COURT – FAMILY DIVISION – OAKLAND COUNTY CHILD CARE FUND BUDGET 2010-2011
Pursuant to provisions of Act 280 of the Pub lic Acts of 1975, Oakland County is required to develop and
submit a plan and budget for the provision of funding of foster care services to the Bureau of Juvenile
Justice, Department of Human Services annually. The anticipated expenditures are $33,140,63 8.24. The
cost sharing ratios are Oakland County 50% and State 50%.
Taub moved approval of the attached suggested resolution. Supported by McGillivray.
Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote.
